I can't say I disagree with your opinion that Wilder should take step aside money to give himself some time to make the proper adjustments but Wilder being called a genius? Hell no. That will never happen. He has god given power in that right hand but I doubt he's even around the median of the world's registered IQs. He isn't even relatively intelligent unless you're comparing him to a hamster.

You may be right. It's just Hearn being Hearn, a relentless promoter.Comment

He's talking out of his mouth? Really? That's funny. I thought that was generally the way most people communicate verbally...Comment

I'm not a fan of promoters. They are tolerated, no more, no less. I just want to see the best fights possible. AJ redeemed himself by beating Ruiz in the rematch after he was on top of the world, undefeated and could've just packed it in mentally and never regained his titles after getting KO'd. Anyone who discredits that win in the rematch obviously doesn't know how hard it is to come back from a devastating KO in your first loss, especially against a late replacement you were supposed to beat. Ask Mike Tyson. He was never the same after losing to Douglas.
Mindless worship of one fighter is just as bad as negating everything a fighter does because you don't like them personally.
BTW, who is the third person you wish would go away? AJ, Hearn and...?Comment

Wasn't it Wilder who was crying with a million excuses as to why he lost instead of just accepting reality and taking it like a man? And now isn't it you whose crying about Wilder losing by making excuse after excuse? I'm just trying to understand things here, enlighten me if I'm a bit confused.Comment

His deluded brain may not know the word quit but his legs were screaming quit from round 3 on.Deontay Wilder doesn't have the word quit in his DNA. "Speak it, believe it and receive it". One can only imagine the kind off heat, passion and intensity he is going to bring to the trilogy.
That's why I favor him in this matchup between himself and Tyson Fury because he is the hungrier of the two and wants it a whole lot more than Fury as well. Wilder hasn't been this hungry in five years.
Through sheer will, guts and determination; He's bringing that WBC heavyweight strap back to America in a very convincing manner.Comment

What? There's nothing Hearne could say that will influence Wilder's decision either way and he's fully aware of this (as is anyone with half a brain).
Hearne is simply stating his honest point of view and nothing more.
I know a lot of people have trouble with the idea of people saying things because that's what they believe, but it does happen and this is quite obviously one of those moments.Comment

"I appreciate the fact that you have the right to go next, but you have to admit that you have very little chance of winning so it would probably be better if you stepped aside and let a proper champion have a go.
Nobody wants to watch you fight Fury again as you obviously can't beat him, so just take some money and know your place (on the sidelines)."
Not embarrassing at all, is it?Comment
