Whyte claims Ruiz want to fight an older fight that’s 38 years old when he fighting a past prime guy at 41. If anyone can’t see past this UK fraud and his promoter I don’t know what to tell you.

Does Dillian Whyte know the definition of a hypocrite? He blasts someone for fighting a 38 year old when he is fighting someone over 40. He is always fighting old heads. To me Whyte has one really good win and it's not really even a win. Change the headbutt knockdown round from 10-8 Whyte back to 10-9 Parker as it should have been and Whyte didn't even win. Chisora beat him in their first fight and he is about to be 37 himself. He could of fought AJ in April of 2019 so I don't feel bad for him and his crying of 800 days bulls hit when he passed on the Ortiz eliminator. Povetkin has a name but is clearly past it. He would of dominated PED Whyte in his prime. I'm just ready for this guy to get his shot so he can get sparked out again and be done with it.

Ruiz packed on enough blubber to sell to a whale - removing that amount of fat is usually done by surgery nowadays. Even a fit Ruiz looks like he's not healthy - his body looks like a shoe-in for early heart disease (hopefully thats not the case). Plus, he had/has no trainer.

What makes Whyte think that Ruiz would be up for anything other than drowning his sorrows in some burritos, cokes and counseling sessions - to restore some type of dignity.

Hopefully Whyte isnt/wasnt coward & delusional enough to fool himself into thinking this is some type of Roberto Duran scenerio in which Ray Leonard intentionally planned the rematch (right away) to catch Roberto out of shape. Roberto at least didnt look out of shape for the rematch....

Ruiz' body on the other hand can hold four Robertos two Leonards and was not in any way shape or form - ready any time soon enough for a fight with Whyte.

Someone remind Whyte, that Ruiz demolished the guy that flattened Whyte.

              100% agree.

***** Shyte lining up his 2nd 40+ year old in a row.

Its still a 50 50 fight for this hype job. Hoping povetkin has enough left to spark him out. Hope Whyte doesnt come in juiced to the gills, and lets a fair fight happen.

A ftraining camp and fight against a relatively durable journeyman (such as Arreola) would be ideal.
True enough, coming out and saying Whyte don't want that smoke, then admitting you turned down it down (and $5M) aint a good look though.

I have to agree with the peanut gallery here. Ruiz's worse opponent is his own childish behavior. Any trainer that wants to work with him should really set some conditions. I would personally borrow a page from those fat doctors. They see a guy who is 450 pound and can't walk and they say "sure we can help. But before we touch you lose 15 pounds."

Ruiz seems stuck in this kind of child like way of being irresponsible and then when his corner, his family suffer, its like "well oh well" ill just fight a tomato can and all will be well. No it won't. I followed this guy and really thought the world of him. i defended him from the fat jokesters, etc. But I don't see him doing much of anything at this point.

AJ already tucked him into the canvas. It wouldn't be anything special after that.
