Andy Ruiz didn't want it, rejected two offers because he knows he needs a win or he's no longer relevant.
The real question is... why isn't someone advising Wilder to do the same?Comment

I am suprised with Ruiz. Whyte could have been ticket to title shot in less than one year. Wilder would never have given Ruiz a voluntarily.Comment

You guys act like getting shafted by Hearn is a pleasant experience. He made life miserable for Andy from day one. That was one of the worse contracts I ever heard of. Andy KOs AJ and not only can't exploit it, Hearn uses acreage in the hottest place he could find for AJ to out run him. Sometime the B'S isn't worth it.Comment

Andy got a free shot at 3 belts so he wasn't in a strong negotiating spot the Klitchkos and Wilder would regularly do over mandatory though a common denominator here is Shelley Finkel.
I like your argument that they put a fight in Saudi Arabia because a Mexican can't stand warm weather. Aj's first choice was the cold UK but Andy rejected that.

Ruiz is a joke, Whyte has a bad reputation on hereso a lot of people will always side with the other guy, but it's obvious what has happened here and Ruiz should take full responsibility.Comment
