Yeah, wires were crossed. 12 year grudge, 11 year sentence, 4 years served.

Nobody should be staying away from anybody. This fight needs to happen. I dont get why John keeps saying stuff like this and telling Tyson to retire already. Doesnt he want his son to unify again, get the biggest payday of his career, be part of the biggest fight in UK history and remove any possible inkling of doubt that he was the best British HW of that era? all of that is possible from ONE fight.

Old kunt needs to suck eggs and *** off the bald nonce. He only irritates me cos he looks like Juggernaut666 fat, ugly. old. but acts like a dangerous entity. Needs a slap across the back of the scalp.

Fury and AJ have never fought. They sparred and the true story of what happened has been told by people who were there, including AJ himself.

AJ was one of several novices Fury was sparring in rotation. He jokingly offered his rolex watch as a prize if any of them could knock him down. AJ took him up on that and really went for it. Fury was impressed by AJ's strength and ability, and told Steve Bunce about the novice amateur who had given him hell in sparring. Chinese whispers did the rest.

                1) the punters who think that the guy who fought... beat up... and stopped... Deontay Wilder... is "scared" of Anthony Joshua - or anyone else for that matter... are childish fanboys

what a bunch of fkn clowns LMAO

                2) Fury is a better boxer than AJ, but the point is this... THAT, is his game... THAT, is what he does... "boxing", is Fury's " thing"... he has a much higher ring IQ and more importantly, he has much better instincts... it is very hard to imagine the guy who got beat up and dropped 4x by Ruiz, handling a highly skilled beast like Tyson Fury...

... not sure if that fight will ever happen, I doubt it... because as we saw with Wilder, AJ does not care if certain fights do not happen...

... they will stall and hope that Tyson loses/retires if they do not think they can beat him

Based on his style in the Ruiz rematch, diaper, a baby bonnet, and a rattle would be suitable attire for AJ's future ring entrances. Perhaps instead of boxing, AJ will play at Ring Around the Rosie. He'd have a better chance of winning; you know, "all fall down!"

Why tell him to stay away if it's easy money?
