What was ur prediction on the fight then? If u got it right then I’d be inclined to head ur prediction on AJ vs Fury? Were u confident enough to bet on it? Are u going to bet on Fury vs AJ? I’m not trying to bust ur balls but a lot of people are very confident in their predictions without showing their track record. Did u predict Ruiz would win the first AJ fight? Bet on AJ in the second?

Well, we are all entitled to our own opinions, of course, but we do not all get our own facts. You are the only fight fan who saw something other than a straight-up beat down on Saturday. Something is wrong with your mind.He must of made those trips to the canvas when I wasn't watching because I didn't see them. I meant he was rabbit punched to the back of the head that sent him to the canvas and was tripped to the canvas also which shouldn't have counted either because both those knockdowns were illegal. They were outside of the rules of boxing. I must admit that your guy fought a very dirty fight.Last edited by NachoMan; 02-27-2020, 09:05 PM.Comment

Your response was respectful and I appreciate that. While I may not agree with the assessment of Fury in full, I agree that his size is a major advantage. My point is, that though Fury has skill, its not as if it is his primary attribute. His size is.
I think the problem here is that so many people are just taking hardline divisive sides on fandom that any comment which isnt 100% effusive is deemed as hating.
I agree with your Wilder opinion as well, and with your final summation as well. You point out if he only had size he'd be Valuev- true. I am not writing he ONLY has size. He does have abilities and gifts, I am not trying to write he doent. Simply observing that Fury's greatest gift is his size.
There are alot of people out there and also on these boards that suffer from recency effect and over-reaction. I'm sure I'm guilty of it from time to time. I give Fury credit for crafting a winning blueprint to render Wilder's power ineffective and then going out and executing it.
I see some on here and in the media stating that he would have beaten every fighter in history other than Ali and I find that laughable. I don't engage in mythical matchups but I think some are jumping the shark in their placement of Fury in such lofty levels.
I favor Fury over AJ but I don't think the Gypsy King is unbeatable. In the interim, I look forward to watching how the Heavyweight division shakes out in the next couple years.Comment

I think Fury takes AJ, especially if AJ tries to stick and move him. I'd love to see how Fury fights against a heavyweight who tries to fight on the inside. But in the era of the Super Heavies, I jsut dont know if that type of fighter exists at a high level.Your response was respectful and I appreciate that. No, I didn't bet on either Ruiz or Fury to win those fights; They were both upsets. I was just as shocked as everyone else. My predictions don't mean shit. What was ur prediction on the fight then? However, I am more than confident that Joshua will take Fury in an undisputed bout though because he is a much more fundamentally sound fighter than Deontay Wilder and a much wider and stronger one too.
Overall, Anthony Joshua matches up very well against Tyson Fury. He has more boxing, physical and natural ability than Deontay Wilder. Deontay Wilder just has punching ability in his right hand.Comment

No, you are just a biased, subjective, ****beating Tyson Fury nuthugger. That's all. I saw man a who had used every single illegal and dirty tactic at his disposal against Deontay Wilder.
I saw a man rabbit punching, tripping, head butting, leaning on the back of his neck and headlocking as he would punch him to the body in order to wear Deontay down.
Also, as far as a beat down is concerned please. He never once dropped Wilder legitimately to the canvas with a clean punch for the entire bout.
He used a lot of roughhousing tactics in that fight to the point where he should have been disqualified. Both of those knockdowns came as a result from illegal blows. You have the footage go and rewatch it.
Besides, Wilder ate Fury's punches like marshmallows. Even up until the stoppage, he was still throwing punches back and even buckled Fury with a left hook just prior to the towel being thrown in.Comment
