And then got dominated by Tarver who was the only other real challenge in that historically weak division.Comment

He fought very weak opposition over that time. Wouldn't go to Germany to fight Dariusz Michalczewski. Ducked Tarver. Ducked the Hopkins rematch. Get lost with the overrated Roy Jones and you better have stopped at 2003 because I would have brought up Calzaghe too.Comment

Oh my god lmao, the delusion of Fury fans is almost as bad as Wilder!! 'Unbeatable'?!? Who's he fought, a 40 yr old unmotivated Klitshko? Who else? Who has ever been an actual test? Don't be fking dumb, a boxer can only be as good as the competition around him. This era is a super weak HW era numpty. Or did you start watching boxing last year?Comment

And Max Kellerman & lots of people picked Fury to beat Wilder because he beat him the first time.
Plus, he was knocked down by Steve Cunningham who was a career Cruiserweight at 6 inches shorter.
Yeah but I bet if wilder had beat fury he'd be some ATG. These guys are so sad and bitter it's unbelievable, on a side note I don't see many great names on Jones Jr resume either, he had 1 or 2 top wins. I also saw him get ktfo as well, he wasn't that old when the losses started happening either.
Show me one time where Roy Jones called somebody an All-Time Great who didn't deserve it?
Fury has beat Wlad and Wilder, both of whom are better than anyone Tyson beat. Wilder because of his power threat, because Fury can nullify it doesn't mean others can, and Wlad was 10 year unbeaten an an ATG. Of course there is a lot of filler in Fury's record, but same goes for Lennox Lewis. If Fury beats Wilder again, Joshua once or twice and a couple more, his resume will be as good as any HW ever. And he is capable of doing this.
He then went onto murder a Larry Holmes that had never been knocked out before or after and beat Ray Mercer 4 years after Tyson destroyed him.
Wlad was 39 years old and had just gone life & death with Bryant Jennings before he fought Fury. He was far from his prime. Stop it.
He fought very weak opposition over that time. Wouldn't go to Germany to fight Dariusz Michalczewski. Ducked Tarver. Ducked the Hopkins rematch. Get lost with the overrated Roy Jones and you better have stopped at 2003 because I would have brought up Calzaghe too.
Roy got robbed in Korea and didn't trust foreign judges. Michaelczewski said the same thing. With that logic, they ducked each other.
And the rest of that stuff happened wayyyy after Roy was past his prime in the 2000s.
Hopkins was still fighting at 160 until 2005. How the hell did prime Roy duck him? Roy had been all the up to 200 by that point.
And he beat Tarver the first time they fought and fought him 3 times past his prime. So how did he duck him?
I swear you dudes will say anything to fit your agendaLast edited by The D3vil; 02-26-2020, 06:13 PM.Comment

in a million years you will never see domination of HW's like what the Klit bros did. they destroyed generations of fighters and if one lost they slaughtered them in the rematch. NO fighter was the same after they fought them and Vitale "losing" to lewis made him retireLast edited by TexasCowBoy; 02-26-2020, 06:25 PM.Comment

I don't think Fury is an ATG, but his win over Klitschko is currently the best win of this Heavyweight era.Comment
