I’m saying it’s not impossible for him to get a Canelo fight or GGG rematch in the future. It’s not. You’ve completely dismissed it for some reason.

He replaced the Canelo offer with the GGG offer. He got 95-percent of what Canelo offered.

It is not unconfirmed, the entire world of sports journalists said it was $5.2 million.

$300k is nothing when you are getting more than $5 million.

$400k was his market value before DAZN. Now his market value in championship fights is about $5 million.

Even taking unconfirmed high water mark he made is 300k less then Canelo offered him. 300K is not nothing. Dervy career high was 400k including a title fight with Jacobs. That's closer to his real market value then him ever getting another shot to fight Canelo.

Think about this... canelo and ggg fought a close first fight and ggg vs SD fought a close fight... ggg earned a rematch and a 100 million dollar contract for that close first fight so he bagged close to maybe 150-175 million for fighting canelo if you add it all up, you think SD is gonna earn 150 million for fighting ggg close? That’s the difference between fighting the biggest star of boxing and fighting anyone else... if these boys are confident in beating canelo, the reward is not really the purse they earn with canelo, it’s the future beyond canelo...

That's not his market lol GTFO he doesn't have a contract with DAZN they will never pay him anywhere near that again. He doesn't have a belt GGG has the belt he won't fight him again and none of the DAZN fighters have a reason to fight him. DAZN already said publicly that they are no longer paying guys who don't bring viewers more then they are worth to fight DAZN fighters. In the real world canelo has moved on and has no need to ever fight him. His next fight championship or not will be nowhere near what Canelo offered him. His next fight won't be on DAZN and he may never fight on DAZN again. His market price will go back to what it was for a guy who can't speak English, has no fans and is a middle of the pack contender without a belt.

          2. Smith and Saunders can fight each other, Jacobs, GGG or Andrade and get the same money Canelo’s team offered. That’s what happens when GBP is cheap and DAZN is ****** with money.

Derevyanchenko took the easier, more-winnable, fight... for the same money

that was his BEST chance to land BOTH paydays

Forget the fact that the thread starter lied and said he made the same money when he didn't. There is value fighting the biggest star in boxing on the biggest stage. win, lose or draw you fight Canelo come out of it a bigger future earner then fighting GGG on a smaller stage. That's what he isn't getting.

Smith and Saunders are not each making the same money fighting each other as they got offered to fight Canelo LMAO

And GGG is not fighting them because he is trying to back into a 3rd payday with Canelo and isn't taking any risky fights until that happens. He won't even give Dervy a rematch. He's fighting a nobody Szeremeta who has 4 career KO'S. So neither are in the running to fight GGG if they pass on Canelo. After Szeremeta GGG is going back to begging to fight Canelo in Sept.

And GGG signed to fight Saunders until GBP was willing to give him 45% of the cut at the last minute for a rematch.

Because sometimes you have to stand up for yourself, even when you’re up against a superstar.

Smith and Saunders are doing just that.

Let’s see if he makes closer to $400k or $5 million for the next title shot.

Smith vs. Saunders will NOT be getting the same amount of money. You can’t be that ******??? No one is paying those guys $5 million+ To fight each other.

No one is paying that much to see Andrade wither. And I’ll bet you $$$$$
