They shared the same manager, who clearly planned to have them fight each other the next year when Klitschko's HBO deal expired.
An interim title is not a world champion , stop lying .

If you win a vacant title and it’s the former champions belt you then become champion not an interim one, again you don’t know what your talking about .

You can post until your fingers fall off we’ll always be here to point out the lies , Wilder wasn’t going near Klitschkos at any point that’s why Finkels baby hid from Vitali with no call outs either , he could have fought him at least showed interest , he didn’t even make the Fury fight ,Warren did . Check all the current boxing champions for all four major organizations in each weight division.

In boxing, interim world champions are traditionally regarded as champions while they hold the title, but if they never win the full title, they won't be treated as former champions later on. He's a world champion right now in the interim.

What does declining fights have to do with resumes ? Ortiz has the worst resume out of every one who fought for a title ,defeated guys like Hammer and Martz to get his ,you can’t be serious ? Ha

Whyte has refused multiple eliminator fights throughout the last few years. Ortiz has never run from Whyte. You will only find evidence of your claims coming from the Whyte camp itself.

Fearsome heavyweight contender Luis Ortiz has accepted Dillian Whyte’s challenge for a December 22 fight at the O2 Arena in London. The ruthless, 39-year-old Cuban, who has only lost once in his ca…

Dillian Whyte is stomping mad at recently dethroned IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. turning down the offer made to him by his British promoter,

Taken from above article: Whyte has had chances to fight Luis Ortiz, Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev, but he’s failed to take the fights. By not fighting Ortiz in a WBC ordered title eliminator, Whyte has been forced to sit and wait.

              Wilder has so far ducked:

              Klitschko
              Povetkin
              Martin
              Parker
              Joshua
              Whyte

I don’t think Whyte has ducked anyone?

              Best opponents beaten:

              Wilder:
              Ortiz, Stiverne, Brezeale, Washington, molina

              Whyte:
              Parker, Chisora, Rivas, Helenius, Browne
              Your list is quite geographic

The “good “ fighters are the Europe based guys (exception being Rivas)

The “bad or overrated “ fighters are based in North America.

This is pretty consistent on this forum or it switches pending whose talking
This may not be your aim or fault

Side note 2016 arreola and Duhaupas are better than Washington and Molina. Arreola fought for title 3 times went the distance with klitschko. Duhaupas only lost povetkin miller and wilder brutally KO d helenius

Side note helenius and brown look really bad to me. Even in their better days. I like and respect chisora but he’s a guy with 9 losses. He’ll fight anyone but if the person is really good he loses. He’s tough and has some pop though.

Well yes, I know. I nearly put a little addendum on my post to tell you not to bother correcting me and explain that I wasn't arguing that Dillian wasn't technically a world champion. I kinda guessed that you'd be coming back with something like that, but fortunately I'm enough of a pedant myself that I understand where you're coming from.

But yes. Ha ha ha. Dillian made a real fool of himself there didn't he? He used the word Champion and didn't realise that technically he was included in that category even though no one else really uses it that way... Ha ha. By golly! My sides are nearly splitting. What an idiot!

Was that the sort of the response you were looking for?

Does anybody have any idea what WBC documents Whyte could be holding that could embarrass Wilder? I just cant think of anything that he could have.

I just showed you other people use it that way. Do you see any regional champions listed on the links I provided? No. Just world champions.
