People seeing the videos here and calling him out for it affects nothing.

You reacting to those people affects nothing.

So I can only conclude your motivations are personal.
Not saying this is court. I just am not interested in "NSB justice" for lack of a better term.

Tank got arrested. When he was arrested he lied about beating her. The cops, according to the article, allegedly have proof of him striking her. He wasn't arrested for grabbing her by the throat in the video that is on NSB, if I read the article correctly, but for what they saw on another video which hasn't been released.

He will have to be proven guilty regarding striking her, correct? As for grabbing her by the throat, he clearly did that but nothing I read from the article posted indicated that was why he was arrested.

There are 2 things here that appear to be separate:

1-the video where he grabs here by the throat. This has been discussed the last 2 days.

    2. the 2nd video, which I haven't seen posted, which the cops allege he struck her which is why he was arrested.

As to #2 he is innocent until proven guilty. As to #1, he is being convicted in the court of public opinion already.

      Did you read the article?

Tank wasn't arrested for the video of him grabbing her throat but for another video from a surveillance camera where cops allege the video is showing he struck her. Alleges isn't proof.

It would be nice if you, daggum or anyone else actually read the article.

For another, there was no video of Kovalev assaulting that woman that I'm aware of, even still, in my gut I felt he likely assaulted her. She later released some photos of her injuries and they looked pretty serious. He tried to settle out of court and stiffed her on the agreed amount so she took him back to court. Typically, anyone who settles out of court is guilty IMO. Before the photos and settlement announcement were released I said if he did it he should go to prison, if not then she should get locked up for false charges.

In Tank's case, it is difficult to defend him given the video evidence and his prior assaults and sc****s with the law.
It isn't difficult, better yet IMO it shouldn't be, because according to the article he wasn't arrested for the video we all saw but for a surveillance video where it shows he struck her.

Doesn't say that at all. Now you're inventing things.

Makes no sense, let the law handle that. This here is the court of public opinion.

              • Huh?you really didn't read it.

7:41 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the police report in which cops say they have surveillance footage which appears to show Davis striking the victim in the face, causing injuries.
The report says Davis dragged the woman off the floor of the celeb game to a separate room -- all while grabbing her shirt with his hand close to her throat.
When they got to the backroom, cops say video shows Davis "pulling his arm back and then forward towards the victim, which is consistent with a strike to the face where the victim sustained injuries to her lip and left jaw."
Cops say the woman cooperated with police and provided a written statement saying she was attacked by Davis. She also allowed police to take photos of her iCops say the 25-year-old is facing one count of "simple battery domestic violence."

As we previously reported, Davis was seen grabbing and ripping his ex-girlfriend -- the mother of his child -- out of her seat during a heated altercation at the game.

                The argument continued backstage.

Cops say, "As a result of an ongoing investigation after being notified through social media and the victim, on Feb. 1 2020, [Davis] was observed battering his former girlfriend whom [sic] have child together."

"[Davis] surrendered himself, to the Coral Gables Police detectives assigned to the case."

For his part, Davis put out a statement over the weekend denying striking the woman.

"I never once hit her ... yeah I was aggressive and told her come on," Davis said.

"That's the mother of my child. I would never hurt her."

Davis is a rising superstar in the boxing world -- he's Floyd Mayweather's protege and has racked up an impressive 23-0 record as a pro with victories over guys like Yuriorkis Gamboa and José Pedraza.

Davis has had a BUNCH of legal issues over the years -- he was arrested for assault back in 2017 after allegedly punching a friend. The charge was later dropped.

He was arrested again in 2018 for a street fight in Washington D.C.njuries.

Ok, I'm not really interested in "forum justice".

Where does it say he was only arrested because of the second video? It doesn't.

You've gone from making ridiculous claims of innocence even with undeniable evidence of guilt to flat out lying.

The article reports that she had visible injuries and she provided a statement to police. Sometimes, most times, where there is smoke there is fire. It's very difficult to give Tank the benefit of the doubt given the circumstances.
