  • I don't give a **** about tanks personal affairs. Most of the highest loved and fan favorite fighters in history had a dark side. My only beef with Tank is that he is a protected fighter. As for his outside the ring bull**** let the courts figure it out.

I cannot be a Tyson or Arturo Gatti fan of the highest order and then crap on tank because of the same thing, or what kind of hypocrite would I be? What level of hypocrite are you? I don't like what he did or what any fighter did, but like I said let the courts figure it out.

most of these posters dont care, its fake outrage and gives them something to cry about with a fighter they already hate.

My bias in this matter isn't toward certain fighters, it's toward the Constitution of the United States and the rule of law.
You're such a constitutional scholar yet you didn't know that American laws also apply to foreigners?

I was talking about posters, not the actual law. You even highlighted the whole sentence where I clearly state its about posters.

            come on dude.

But he is already innocent until proven guilty from a legal standpoint. What courtesy is being extended to him by posters if he is legally innocent, same as Davis.

if seeing a crime on video = imprisonment then prisons would be full of cops lol.

but yeah I didn't want to clown Tank because I assumed she would just go back to him, thus promoting her own abuse. but she filed a report and took pictures. I'm actually proud of her lol. Tank is guilty.

Not in Dunn's opinion, according to the rule of law of the United States of America. Innocent until proven guilty.

Now I'm sorry if you and daggum, 2 foreigners, don't like that I am sticking to the tenets of American justice. An arrest is not a conviction nor is it proof a crime was committed.

There is a process and it will play out. I am not going to violate the rule of law to satisfy non Americans on a boxing forum.
So the cops who beat Rodney King were innocent?

They were found not guilty. Not guilty and innocent are 2 different things. Of course you know this.

Innocent until proven guilty is a standard we all live by as Americans. I don't see why anyone is even arguing this.

What is going on is a lot of people are engaging in "forum justice" or giving their personal opinion of the video. I have no issue with that. I am not choosing to engage in that.

To argue he is guilty because he is arrested or to suggest I in ANY WAY claimed he is innocent or that I posted I would judge him as innocent if he is found not guilty is outright false.
