No, the circumstances were different. Miller popped dirty before he was even allowed in the ring to put another fighter's life in jeopardy and then the fight was subsequently cancelled by Matchroom.

While Whyte on the other hand, had popped dirty too before he was allowed in the ring to put another fighter's life at risk but was yet still permitted to fight by Matchroom, UKAD, and the BBBoC anyway without even notifying Team Rivas which is both unethical and amoral at best.

Speaking of moral inconsistencies; Eddie Hearn was willing to risk Oscar Rivas' life but not Anthony Joshua's and I ask myself why?

You know the reason why. UKAD allowed Whyte to fight and cleared him before the Rivas fight. Fact. Disagree with UKAD not Hearn or Whyte.

Miller got caught before the fight, tested positive and was not cleared... and in the end was found with 3 different PED's in his system including one that has to be injected.

The two instances are night and day. Everything else is just conjecture and biased opinion.

If UKAD knew Whyte was contaminated, why didn't they tell Rivas? Hearn knew about Miller day one. Confidentiality? What kind of testing guarantees not to tell if you get caught? These are the crooks.

The system is actually the same under VADA, man. In the first instance, before guilt is fully established and initial checks are made the only parties informed are the lead promoter, the party who tested positive and the relevent governing body. Unless it's writen into the fight contract the other party only needs to be informed once guilt has been established and the fight needs to be canceled or whatever.

Personally I disagree with the system, (far as I'm concerned the opposing fighter should have the option of withdrawing from a fight without prejudice if there's an adverse finding even if the fighter is cleared) but I can see exactly where they're coming from, and I can aslo see a mountain of issues involved with informing the opposing fighter of a result prematurely.
