Pretty much this. We can't expect Canelo to fight killers in every fight. He has earn the rights to pick and choose his opponents. How many years has it been now, since all said he wouldn't fight the Trouts, laras etc..

Let the rest fight each other for the rights to fight Canelo or for the right to eliminate each other, Callum smith and BJS should fight each other, Charlo and Boo Boo should fight each other, take some risks and eliminate the competition.

Thank you Ray! Truth has been spoken. Dudes like Charlo and Andrade havent foght anyone to earn their shots. They should just man up and fight each other. Then BJS who is the most qualified by the way , hasnt been good recently and hasnt been very active. This Smith guy got a gift decision against a euro jobber so he can get back in line too.

Hate to admit it but business wise there is not a bigger fight then Murata. And that includes ggg.

The Tokyo Dome will be sold-out. Murata is a HUGE star with millions of fans over there. And I expect DAZN/Canelo to try and expand their brand to that market.

The flip side is Murata is going to get KTFO! And this doesn’t gain any US fans.

Does pissing off the US boxing fans outweigh gaining the Japanese market??? For 1 fight I think so.
