Maybe i am thinking about something else, but wsnt that because he was getting screwed over by his promoter or manager or something like that? And he decided just to protest the whole thing by walking away as soon as the bell rang.

Bread felt Canelo was using PEDs for a while up until he got caught. After canelo got busted, bread said in his mailbag that he suspected for a while that Canelo was dirty. Likely started at some point after the Floyd fight until he got caught before the 2nd ggg fight. Canelo groupies, just like you, came in here crying about it. Saying bread was racist, blah blah blah. That's why Canelo fans are butthurt with bread to this day.
