More often than not, their stance on boxing issues has more to do with race/nationalistic pride than common sense. Steele shouldn't have stopped that fight and Taylor deserved the win. These cornball Chavez "fans" arguing otherwise and sending hate mail know that if the situation was reversed and Chavez was the one who was ahead on the scorecards and had the win taken away from him with seconds left, they would've rioted in the arena and would be complaining about it to this day.

I was a couple rows from ringside and what I saw was that Gvozdyk had the will physically beaten out of him. It was as much physical as mental. The thud of Beterbiev's shots was almost gruesome to hear as they landed on the Ukrainian fighter. Gvozdyk was game and I was impressed he lasted as long as he did (and won rounds) but you could see the cumulative effect round after round. I remember he was hospitalized overnight after the fight.

As far as j Rock, he rarely ever responds to anything about one of his fights whether he's coming off a win or loss. He's been pretty consistent with that. You go and ask reynoso for a mailbag since you're on his nuts so much.
