The fight hasn't been announced yet so we can't criticize it. If he does choose to fight Murata then we know the ODH story about the alleged Charlo offer is fake and is being sent out just to cover them choosing this fight over Charlo who is far more deserving than Murata.

Who says he is fighting Murata????? I think it's more likely he fights BJS in Vegas. Canelo may no longer be comfortable making 160. Time will tell. Boxing scene top headlines are fast and reliable. When and if I read he is fighting Murata next I will believe it then. It's possible he will fight Murata at 168. Anyway Murata is ranked 5th in the world at middleweight by Ring magazine and 8th in the world at middleweight by boxrec so I think it would be an OK fight for Canelo as would him fighting BJS be OK.

Canelo always goes for a KO if he thinks he can get it. If the fight happens expect Murata to get KOed. He is not in Canelo's class and he likes to brawl so he will come right into Canelo's power to body and head. Say goodnight, Murata.
