he had only fought one decent fighter at that point and barely beat austin trout. do you think canelo would struggle with trout now? add on top of that he was a drained zombie at 152 when he could barely make 154 and you have a dead man walking.

He was green. Only ****** people look at that inexperienced Canelo, barely fighting in a round, taking an SD to fookin Austin Trout and think he was anywhere near what he should be. You think that kid that loitered against the ropes and could barely budge a shot Mosley is the same powerhouse that pushed Golovkin back all night and Ko'd Kovalev?

***. I remember seeing Canelo not long before Floyd having a fight where he was clearly practicing the shoulder roll and the forum was talking about how funny it was because he had'nt the hang of it. He used to be terrible with the head roll too, used to look amateurish.

How long before Floyd was it that he was getting rocked by Cotto's bum brother? Around two years? Green. On the precipice of entering the prime years, but he needed exactly a real fight, like Lara or Floyd (he would have lost whichever came first) to recognize his mistakes and weaknesses.

he wernt too green, nor was he weight drained, floyd was just the better boxer. it was the prizefight of the decade for me, with the 2 best boxers of the decade.

would have loved to have seen that nelo vs pacquaio, daaaaamn, i would have went with Saul and i would have stacked money if he was a big underdog.

he fought passively vs mathew hatton who he dragged up from 147. yeah thats the same guy that stood in the center of the ring vs ggg in teh rematch it was a floyd cherry pick and they cant handle it. its like a guy having sex with an ugly chick before she goes in for 200 thousand dollars worth of plastic surgery and comes out hot. i ****** her! uhh not really bro!

got any proof he could barely make 154? he was 22, you know how the body works?

and i bet you credit pac fighting de la hoya at 147 just cause de la hoya the crack head said he can get down to 147.

Canelo weighed 165 fight night, he was very healthy, and he is 22 years old.

just as an example of the age...Usain Bolt ran his world record at 23.

People who dont do sport put too much emphasis on age.

Prior to the Mayweather fight, Canelo fought undefeated champion, Austin Trout, at the Alamodome in front of 40,000 fans. Anything that was green about Canelo left after that fight.
