And thanks for the info. So with a DUI and the gun charge, Spence could be looking at jail time? ****.
He could but I doubt he will, Spence did the right thing, Lawyered up and is staying quiet. Im sure his Lawyer will work a good plea. That's whats going on behind the scenes. Defense attorneys and Prosecutors play golf on the weekends together, they likely already know what the outcome will be, now its just a time game. Ultimately, the prosecution wants a conviction and the Defense wants the best outcome for their client, so Spence pleading guilty to a lesser or deferred charge will benefit both sides. The prosecution will still get the conviction while the Defense ultimately just loses time and money.

Most idiots talk to the Police like they are friends trying to help them. In the USA we have the right to remain silent for a reason.

Just about the most pointless, most messed up video i’ve seen from TMZ regarding an athlete.

About 10 years ago I got arrested for carrying two switchblades. I got hit with a misdemeanor and the judge gave me time served for being locked up for only 4 days. Misdemeanors aren’t that serious unless you start to get a bunch of them I believe. A disorderly conduct charge is more like a slap on the wrist.

As with Spence he’ll probably pay a fine, maybe some community service. I don’t think he does any jail time.

            Lol
I never understood why people talk to the cops like they are willing to help them
It’s beyond me , if they really wanted to help you , your hands wouldn’t be tied up behind your back
            Many people just incriminate themselves
Anyway for Spence they need to prove the gun is his and the major problem is the fact it was loaded

I did this once and found about this afterward about not even being able to have the keys on you. I got drunk and high out my mind one day, when I started up the car I was like there’s no way I’m getting home without crashing lol. I just pushed the seat back and slept for a hour and a half then drove home like an old lady.

Very true. That show on A&E "The First 48" is living proof. Most of the time those detectives don't have enough to even hold the perps for questioning.

Most of the time Cops are looking to corroborate the suspect to the crime. If you stay quiet they have no link other than su****ion. For all we know, the gun may not be Spence's, he may not have known it was in the car, or if it was in a secure location prior to the accident.
