    I 100% criticise Spence for drink driving but cops/paramedics filming him as he's being treated and selling the footage to the media is a real scumbag thing to do

            You can vehicle carry in Texas without any kind of permit as long as it isn't in "plain sight".

              But can you concealed carry when you're impaired? I'm not sure about Texas gun laws, but I know a lot of states where you're ****ed carrying drunk even if you have all your permits.

                There's a provision in the law that says the driver must not be involved in criminal activities, so yeah he'd go down for having it on him while DUI.

                  In Texas its a Misdemeanor to carry impaired. Most states have similar laws whether its a carry or non carry state.

                  I know a few CO's that almost lost their jobs for that reason.
