Very true. That show on A&E "The First 48" is living proof. Most of the time those detectives don't have enough to even hold the perps for questioning.

Most of the time Cops are looking to corroborate the suspect to the crime. If you stay quiet they have no link other than su****ion. For all we know, the gun may not be Spence's, he may not have known it was in the car, or if it was in a secure location prior to the accident.

This might be one more reason Errol stfu for awhile after the accident publically. If thats not his gun & it had bodies on it thats something you might wanna have contained. And even if it is his gun like I'd assume it likely is then you'd still wanna stfu to act like you don't know wtf was up to I believe.

Well yeah, Any gun crime up here you're ****ed...even for a legal owner like me, if I blasted someone who broke into my house I'd be ****ed. Canada is backwards.

Yeah thats crazy the female cop, knew who he was yet the male cop never heard of him, and he had that huge fight at dallas cowboy stadium. Maybe the male cop is not a sports guy, on every cowboys game they kept promoting the spence garcia fight especially locally and in stadium for weeks.

You and I may assume that but will a Jury? That's something a prosecutor needs to think about before pushing a trial. Its not worth the time and money to argue that in court. Better to get some sort of conviction and move on considering (thankfully) no one was hurt.
