I don’t agree that Tyson fury is lineal at the moment nor that This fight is definitely #1 vs #2. Many consider it #2 vs #3.

So given that it’s clearly differing views - I won’t be recognising anyone as lineal until either they have beaten or been defeated by Anthony Joshua.

No-one cares or has ever cared about the Lineal champ. It's the sort of thing you boast about when you have no real belts and when you haven't beaten anyone good in 4 years

Seriously if Wilder wins it I hope he puts it in the garbage. The Ring belt is worth way more than the Lineal belt.
