Do you really think anthony joshua would have beaten luis ortiz?

People make fun of wilder's resume outside of fury... but has anthony joshua really ever faced someone as dangerous as ortiz?

I was watching the first wilder ortiz fight and ortiz is a much better boxer than joshua with real power and size. He delivers that right hand quickly too.

If aj couldn't take ruiz's punches... i really cant see him standing up to ortiz if he sets up and lands his right hand.

OP thinking Luis Ortiz is as dangerous as Wladimir Klitschko or Joseph Parker. You want to think Luis is some sort of boogeyman that only Wilder could beat so that you can gloat over that win.

On the night he fought Ruiz the first time? Not a chance. I think most guys in the top 10 would've taken Joshua that night.

On the night he fought Wlad or Ruiz the second time? Maybe.

Ortiz was offered AJ after BigBaby got popped and nixed it for the easier Deyonce and his single belt.

        When U make kindergarten?

            We never know.

Personally, however, I think it would have been a competitive fight but Joshua will be the favorite. He is younger, faster, taller and with greater reach. However, a good punch from Ortiz will send AJ to the floor. That is why I keep repeating, I want to see Ortiz vs Whyte so we find out how good either one of them really is.

You just pulled up anthony joshua's 2 best wins.

One of them was a 41 year old who just got dominated by fury

Another of them is a fighter who arguably lost to ruiz and then lost to dillian shyte.

Maybe come with a stronger argument?

He’s obviously better than Joseph Parker.

If you want to argue Klitschko is better, fine. But he was 41, hadn’t fought in two years and lost wide to Fury in his last fight. Klitschko was also so competitive against Joshua that a rematch was in high demand.

Wilder did the division a big favour. I think that stylistically Ortiz could have beaten everyone and that would have been bad.
