This is why you can’t actually root for Davis. He’ll say this crap and avoid Lomas name like he’s the devil. You can’t run your mouth like this if you can’t beat or even want to fight the best.
You wasn't saying this when pvssy-g was running & STILL running from the competition

He sounds smarter than you when it comes to boxing
People cant even give you bad karma anymore.. that's how often the **** happens.
The irony is Bud saying this shit why he is still in hiding from the Porters who are still awaiting his phone call for the big fight since no one at the PBC wants to fight him.
Lying bitch ass coward! Why is he fucking with Tank instead of securing a fight with Shawn Porter? Arum wants it, Bomac wants it and both Kenny and Shawn wants it. So what the Hell he is waiting on?
Gamboa was an undefeated fighter when Crawford fought him. And he knocked him out.
Davis fought a 38 year old Gamboa with a torn Achilles?
Crawford is the 2nd best fighter in the world right now. Davis isn’t even close to that man.
But hey... “You can’t rush greatness.” And when asked about fighting the other top fighters in his weight class, “I’m on a different path than fighting the other guys.”
****ing embarrassing to even remotely root for this dude.
Fcking embarrassing to defend Crawford the bumslayer ggg 2.0 whos already 32 & fought 95% Guaranteed win C/D levels like Con in his absolute worst moment in his career & at an old age.He unified a few trinkets in the weakest division in Boxing & didn't fight any of the actual best opponents because he vacated rather than defend his belts so he could fight the all star lineup of Horn,Benavidez(1 leg)Con(crystal chin),Mean machine(robber of Robinson). Tank beat a fighter in Gamboa who was nowhere near as much of a shot cherry bum as old ass kd several times by bums AmereCon.(of course when you also consider that tanks much smaller than natural 140 lb Crawford who somehow finds a way to avoid the actual threats in every division for easily last 5 yrs,I do give him credit for beating Postol & Indongo so easily but thats eye test )
BOTH are multi division champs & BOTH of their best name on their resume is Gamboa so WTF are YOU talking about?!?!
Tank is 25 & Crawford is going on 33,I will try to dig up an old post of mine where I said Bud would be in his mid 30s before he fights anyone good at ww & all signs point to me being correct that he would never transcend into the next level because hes not willing to take calculated risks in 50/50 fights unless he gets retirement money out of it.(I understand Boxing is a business but Bud will sadly likely never reach near where he could've had he taken more risks)
[QUOTE=Mister Wolf;20292890]If you have anyone comparing 32 year old undefeated Gamboa to the guy we saw on Saturday you know they're an idiot. Which is exactly what Davis planned to do. It backfired, and the only take away we got from Saturday is his punching power is diminished at 135 just like Broner. Both fighters who made their name KOing smaller opponents at 130.[/QUO
Idk about diminished. I mean accumulating a 95% ko ratio is no easy task, even if most of opposition are weak. Power like that just doesn't go away from one weight class jump. I think davis just underestimated gamboa's resolve to survive & inturn undertrained for the fight. He could hardly breathe during the in-ring interview & he wasn't even in a war. Whatever the case he didnt look impressive & yeah loma/teofimo/haney arent looking like they'll be easy tasks for davis like how some thought.
