I hope not. Because with that performance if Crawford...WHEN Crawford wins he wont any credit for beating a hype job. If the kid gets some good wins under his belt in next couple of years maybe. Crawford better keep on Spence and Manny for a good payday and good career wins if he beats them

I agree, Crawford would be better served to face & defeat a top guy in his own division. But, you know how some of these fighters are these days; only taking fights that they know they can win. Heck, I don't remember Crawford even calling out Pacquiao after he defeated Thurman. He was probably thinking, "Wow, that old guy is still tough! Better steer clear of him for a couple of years!" He did talk some trash recently, saying that earlier when he was coming up & making noise, Pac ran from him. But there was little for Pac to gain against a young up and comer. I want to hear Bud call out Pac NOW.

For what Gamboa did in the ring, and got good shots in on Davis, I give credit where credit is due. A healthy Gamboa would've been a bigger threat for Davis, even at his age now.
