Looks good on paper. If youre a casual fan. Like most sports writers are. Very few are Die Hard fans and follow it religiously. They report what they hear. They dont get into the guy hes fighting is shot. Paper champ. Or any reason. They go with the hype and build up of the promotional team. And they are reporters. They have to dlck ride all champs until they are not worth the story. Because as soon as they talk down on a champ...no more interviews no more views less followers online less money for them. I get it. But a lot of these casual and bandwagon riders dont.
To give us a reference yardstick do the same critique for Manny will you ?

Floyd won in more dominant fashion, and canelo arguably has losses in there...otherwise there’d be no question at all.

Sure. make thread about it. Right now this one is about Floyd. And Im not saying Manny in the last decade fought more. But Canelo this decade out does anything Floyd has done this decade. Hands down. And that even after taking a L to the chump.

Losses? No just One loss. And since then has surpassed anything Floyd has done in the decade.

Ok it’s official you have no understanding of boxing...Talking about Floyd just beat belt holders..,Floyd fought basically every one of note at his weights, who were these prime all time greats that Floyd didn’t fight?

Well you right about that. I agree on the first fight. But think Canelo got him on the 2nd....closely. But still yes as bad as it sucks (on Paper) we gotta take whats down there even though we dont agree. Seriously though. I only give Floyd two good wins in a decade. Not saying he didnt win the others...he did. Two opponents that were Live dogs in the fight. And Manny was NOT one of them

Whether he won or lost the the fights, he still moved up in weight to face a dominant undefeated champion.
