Wrong. Floyd was ready, willing, and able to fight Pac in 2009. Even agreed to a 50/50 purse split.

But Pac ran away because of stricter drug testing. Then years later started asking his opponents to do stricter drug testing.

When Floyd fought that lackluster Maidana 2 fight, the men in suits at CBS told him and his camp to stop the shenanigans, make the Manny fight, or else, and he did exactly what the suits told him to do. He made the fight.

He was content to sidestep Manny until c level fighters was beating him Roy Jones style.

On second look, he does have an impressive resume this decade. He's certainly top 3. But it's still barely half of the decade and there were better matchups for him than the likes of Maidana, Berto, Guerrero etc.

Pacquiao may have lost a few fights(most of those were highly desputed btw) but then again he took way more risks than lil Floyd. Losses are forgiven because of that. He fought the entire decade and has more quality wins than anyone.
