Lopez vs Lomachenko is a potential "changing of the guard" fight.

Teofimo has both flash AND substance in his style, let's not get blinded by hatred. He's the goods.

But I still have Loma winning the fight, as of now.

If ever an African rises up and snatches a title they're a guaranteed title win for hot prospects. They crumble mentally at the big stage, as if made out of marzipan. I'm sorry to say but they have no core, growing up marginalized and whatnot. They have too many mental demons going in.

          This is baffling generalisation.

          1) Ghana’a a fairly affluent country.

          2) Africa is not a ****genous, impoverished block.

          3) A lot of boxers throughout history have grown up in extreme poverty. Assuming that Comney actually has - and it’s not just an assumption based on his continent (not country) of origin - the consensus has always been that this is a motivating factor in the success of boxers, not an inhibitor and/or instigator of mental demons, no?

Maybe he’s just not good enough?

That was a very great performance by Teofimo Lopez. This kid has just proven that he is the real deal and is part of the conversation of being one of the top rising young stars in the sport of boxing.

He has a very good chance of defeating Lomachenko. Loma is not that hard to find. He gets hit too much. In addition, he has tasted the canvas before.

Albeit, Vasily is not as slow or as static as Commey; However, he still gets touched. His offense is his defense. He would be the favorite to win but it still should be a very interesting fight to watch.

If TL fights Loma with his left hand this low he will get into troubles. Loma will go behind TL left foot and kill with jab

That was an excellent win, in style, for Lopez. He deserves the fight with Loma. The pressure is now on arum to make it and lomachenko to accept it.
