But he really isn’t and it’s great to see a very young man fight adversity and come back like he did tonight
Made me a believer very much

After watching the fight I am conflicted. After the Nakatani fight, I thought it would be a tougher fight for Lopez and thought Commey may question his will. As the fight got closer, I thought about Commey's performance against Beltran and how it seemed he got hurt. Early in the first round, you could see the explosiveness in the punches of Lopez and could see he was gonna get the KO.

Lopez is good but I get the sense he's a front runner of sorts. I also tire of ESPN's analysis of his family and thier building him up as an opponent for Loma. Tessitore recapped the Nakatani fight as one that Lopez "won easily" and blamed the entire poor performance on his personal issues. Too much propaganda.

Lopez made a big statement tonight. This is exactly what people have been waiting to see from him.

I had to admit, Loma's unification fight in April hadn't really been exciting me much, and I was already looking past it in the hope of more interesting match ups.

Lopez changed that in impressive fashion tonight. He has made himself an undeniably good choice to fight. I'm more pumped for this fight than any others I can think of right now. Thanks Teo, and nice work.

Lomo looked a little concerned when he was being interviewed. And Lomo said he couldn’t believe what he actually just saw. Question is, can Lopez land hard shots on Lomo and can Lomo take a hard shot from Lopez. Lomo was dropped by Linares before winning that fight. Another fight I can’t wait to see.

Lopez caught Commey face fighting. Commey was throwing the right without jabbing from the start, I could see it, Lopez timed it. Loma won't make that mistake, but Lopez might find another.

There were a lot of dumb people predicting a win for Commey, glad Lopez proved them wrong in the best way possible.

Was betting on Comey but deep inside I wanted Loma-Lopez. Can't say I'm disappointed!

Impressed with this because I thought Commey had a pretty good chin.
