But Ruiz's won was more significant because he beat a bigger name and was a world champion. Ortiz beat Jennings who isn't much more than a Seth Mitchell.
Seth Mitchell? Wlad couldn't even drop Jennings nor could he outbox him effectively. Imagine Mitchell going 12 in a competitive bout against Wlad, aint happening. Even these days he was outboxing Rivas more effectively than Whyte.

Why don`t people take pro boxing seriously? because top 1-5 guys are fighting guys ranked 15 -20.
You can`t claim who is better if guys never fight.
this scenerio is exactly like the Moorer/Tua situation. Just because Moorer beat a hall of famer and was a champ doesn't mean he would've beat Tua. Tua was always the superior fighter to moorer.
Ortiz would box Andy's head off and possibly stop him.

Ruiz/Ortiz, make it happen. My pick would be Ruiz. Ortiz, especially Ortiz today, would not be able to stay out of harm's way. If it comes down to Ortiz and Ruiz trading shots, and I think it would, Ortiz breaks down first.
