Looks like one of those prettyboys that the teenage bítches get crushes on, like he's onto some Robert Pattinson type of shít. Maybe he's preparing for a new underwear commercial?Comment

So, if I want to improve my ability to press 50lbs overhead as many times as possible, I should avoid exercises which will make my shoulders and triceps larger--as the added muscle mass will impair my stamina--and instead I should either avoid weight training for my shoulders while maintaining a stable bodyweight, or I should avoid weight training while gaining bodyfat. Is this more or less correct?Comment

When fighters rehydrate themselves after weigh-ins are they making a mistake? For example, if Canelo has a middleweight title fight and normally weighs-in at 159.5lbs on Friday and then enters the ring at 177lbs on Saturday night, would you advise him to stay at his Friday morning weight until after the fight?Comment

Oh please. This is an entirely different proposition here. But I will give you one example of rehydrating too much where it did cause a fighter's stamina to collapse. That was Leonard/Hearns 1.When fighters rehydrate themselves after weigh-ins are they making a mistake? For example, if Canelo has a middleweight title fight and normally weighs-in at 159.5lbs on Friday and then enters the ring at 177lbs on Saturday night, would you advise him to stay at his Friday morning weight until after the fight?
Also, Canelo is a terrible example to use here, as he is clearly using PEDs.
As for rehyrating before a fight to make weight, I would never suggest a fighter dehydrate more than 15-20lbs in the week leading up to the fight.
Let me give you another example; In the Sergio Martinez/Chavez Jr. Fight, Sergio was clearly the faster fighter. I am 100% certain all that surplus water slowed Chavez down, but also hindered his stamina and output. However, it probably improved his punch resistance.Comment
