I think he is on the right track. He dont need all that extra muscles, all it does it slow him down and takes away agility.

Now he looks like a proper boxer. Hell yea Joshua!!

Fat or muscles do the same. The body has to feed those muscles. The body has to carry that far.
      Just need a good in-between.

        Before:

        He looks like a weightlifter

        After:

        He looks weak

        Conclusion:

        You're a Wilder fanboy

Body fat is actually an essential component of being able to generate energy, the human body can't function without it. Your long distance runners even carry it.

fighters do not overhaul their physiques in a matter of months. these are not body builders. they work out to get in shape for a fight, not to look a certain way. there really won't be much change in muscle mass without drugs. might put on a few lbs or lose a few lbs, not go from looking like this to the hulk, or vice versa.

dillian white popped for an anabolic steroid and was allowed to box. that is what it is. you think joshua is clean and chubby dillian white is not? you think hearn will cover for his B side without protecting his cash cow?

can't wait to see this cheat sparked clean out again, and for hearn's influence over the division to die out completely.

ideally he gets knocked around and then pops positive and gets 2 years of banishment. comes back and gets starched by wilder in 2 rounds and retires.
This guy is one of the most insecure wilder fanboys on this site.

Likely it's because AJ is getting all the female attention, and he doesn't get any because his arms a like t-rex's.

Essential fat which the body requires and a obese person levels is vastly different. That fat on Ruiz is dead weight. It's hindering his stamina.

No, he is talking about cardiovascular stamina. Stamina in terms of boxing that is different to the strength resistance training that you would require in order to increase the press you speak of. To put 50lbs extra on the bar is not going to do anything for you in terms of improving your cardio. If anything it will deplete your cardio as more muscle mass requires more oxygen and leads to faster build up of lactic acid in your system.

Even at 160lbs he was always going to be dyhyrdated. He should have maxed out at 147lbs. It may have helped.
So, in your opinion, in the few hours after the weigh-in but before beginning his warm-up for the fight, Hearns added 20lbs of fluid, and then remained strangely sweat-free during the fight despite 13+ rounds of fighting in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit?

I salute the physique. Just not what's INSIDE it in AJ's case.
