A failure to comply with a mandated rematch with Krzysztof Glowacki has resulted in Briedis (26-1, 19KOs) being stripped of his World Boxing Organzation (WBO) cruiserweight title, BoxingScene.com has learned. Nobody cares about the WBO. It is the worst of the big 4. Most american promoters & networks disregard it as a major title. It used to be rated at the same level as the NABF or USBA belts.

I doubt it, Okolie doesn't throw enough and Glowacki is not going to get suckered into fighting at Okolie's pace or distance.
