I still don't know how somebody throws a fight by being brutally knocked out

Kov didn't say he threw the fight, he said the cards were stacked against him and he knew that going in.

But to play devils advocate and answer your question: You just put your hands down and take it on the chin. Guys get KTFO for free.

Kovalev was probably ahead of Canelo at the time of the stoppage...but it was basically because there was hardly any action in there...for a natural 175 pounder to not be able to take advantage of his natural edges in there, it showed that Kov was not really in very good form...he was basically just able to keep the smaller man on the outside with a soft jab, and that was basically all the action in all the rounds.

Whatever the reasoning for that...it isn't 100% certain...most would just say he was a little shot, and I would agree.

the exact same thing happened to Canelo last 4 opponents you clown

what... were they all " shot "... were they... ?

"most" would not say that... that is a ****head Golovkin-fan excuse... many people have schooled you up on why Golovkin kept them hands at home... which is the exact same reason why Kovalev kept them hands at home

MOST can clearly see why Kovalev was forced to be defensively responsible

Canelo turned Golovkin into a good boy.. and he turned you into a muppet

There's a gif around here of Kovalev throwing several right hands, actually.

        And getting countered each time.

Maybe that was why he became more and more hesitant to throw it as the fight went on? Let's give Canelo a little credit.
