Guy ducked all those guys throughout his career and ducked everyone of these guys from 160-175 to fight Rocky Felding and the shell of Sergei Kovalev.

There is no reason to jump up to 175 when there was a ton of great options between 160 and 168. It makes him a cherry picking *****. Jacobs is a good fighter but he's not active enough. Unless he has you hurt he doesn't turn up the gas enough for me to have confidence in his ability to win.

Charlo's fight wasn't scheduled until relatively recently and he would have jumped at the chance to fight Canelo. Same thing with Andrade. And Canelo said no to Andrade. He said Andrade was too boring and hadn't fought anyone.

Probably a smart decision. yoyoing between weight divisions is never a smart idea. He doesn't have too many big fights at 160, and if any of the top dogs at 160 want him, they can come up to 168.

I have a feeling we'll see him against Benavidez sometime in next 12 months, and that's a fight that I'd love to see. Benavidez vs. Canelo would truly be "chasing greatness".
