He's obviously fat by nature but is it really that difficult for him to get in better shape? I mean he's a pro athlete. His job is to work out. Keep a strict diet and work your ass off....no excuses looking like a pregnant elephant when you're pro athlete.Comment

I wouldn't lose more than 15 lbs from last fight's weight if I were him. Make sure you're lighter and more agile but still strong and durable. Somewhere between 250 and 255 is the best fighting weight for him and his body type.Comment
