He's obviously fat by nature but is it really that difficult for him to get in better shape? I mean he's a pro athlete. His job is to work out. Keep a strict diet and work your ass off....no excuses looking like a pregnant elephant when you're pro athlete.
He clearly doesn't need to be better shape for Joshua. He demolished him.
Given Ruiz's physique, ten lbs isn't much, but it's a reasonable amount to lose in such a short time. If he loses too much, too soon, he'll be weight-drained.
