really charlie, what is 8M to floyd? He made 7 million last fight against an opponent who actually has some accomplishments and fought somebody. he got an recognized belt at 147 which made him a 4 time champ in 4 different weight classes to go with that. As a fan, what do care about 8M? U said in another thread that we shouldnt worry about the bank accounts, just competitive fights, which is it?

Robburitos is owned by a former punk band mmember named Rob(nice happy go lucky guy)...while touring around the country he ate a burrito from a mexican in Cali and said to himself that is the best ****ing burrito I have ever had...he started taking notes on burritos while traveling and he told himself if he ever went back to York(why the **** would anyone go back to York) he would bring the burritos with him.

Rob started making them out of his home only on friday, $7 for chips, a burrito and a paps blue ribbon, nice huh! Anyways it started out with about 30 people coming over on fridays and it ultimately grew to over 170...too big too fast...time to get a store.

I went there! It was great!

BTW-York is the worst ****ing town I have ever been too, you know that band LIVE...and that song they sang about getting out of ****town...that song was written about York...get the **** out of there son, get the **** out!

Come on now... I know you don't like Zab but if we compare his resume against Lewis', he is clearly the better fighter. He has better skills and has beaten better opposition. Yes he got KTFO by Koz and he looked like crap against Baldomir. But I doubt Lewis has a first 4 rounds against Floyd that Zab did. I'll give you Cintron over Gatti (even though I think Gatti could beat David Estrada) but that makes them about even in resumes. Plus Baldomir has had to go through a lot more to achieve his status and I don't think you would argue that.

Judah and Gatti have at least as much credibility as Cintron and Lewis. Lewis was never undisputed welter champ like Judah and Cintron might be better than Gatti but I wouldn't really know because the only real test he had was against Margarito and he lost brutally.

Judah was former undisputed WW champ and Gatti was a Fan fav.

Is that enought to make money.

8 mil is a way to make a fight worth 8 mil. I think Bob Arum is making this stunt with Floyd and Margarito so after like end of next year when they really fight people would say at last after all this time Floyd was ducking Margarito lets see the fight but what if Floyd straight away accepted a fight with Margarito. 1) If Margarito loss (and sure he will) people would say that Margarito is bum and you will see thread that Mayweather is only fighting bums at WW 2) Margarito and Mayweather marketbility wont be that good.

Bob Arum is running a business so making a stunt like that would give so much attention ( as you could see in this forum where most people are talking about it for the past 3 or 4 month) and increase the hype.

Techincally speaking Floyd is better than Toney. Zab is better than Lewis and Cintron. Floyd fought with a lot of guys Castillo to Corrales and most of his opponent where stronger puncher so why Margarito is different his style is not better than Castillo is it?

That is a ******* estimate of PPV revenues when Margarito and Floyd are really not known by people other than fight fans. Judah at least has his hip-hop cross-over appeal.

Zab and gatti got more credibility, Baldomier beat good recognized fighters who have proven themselves. Lewis, im not gon say anything about him, Mayorga beat him in 3 rounds. Gatti has some of the most memorable wars in boxing history, and he has come out on top in most of them. Cintron was untested and rushed when he faced margarito, struggled with estrada and couldnt box on the inside. Cintron has a lot to work on before his name can even be mentioned and that still might not be enough to make him a worthy name. do you know what credibility means? Credibility: the quality of being believable. Since when has Lewis or Cintron been believable proven fighters, or ranked in top 3 under all the sanction bodies, hell even the top of their divisions?
