yes canelo eventually did go to 160 but your boy had to wait till the a side was ready, I’m not upset because it was ggg who said anyone from 54-68 and didn’t keep his word not canelo... it’s just funny that you gggroupies then turn around and accuse canelo of ducking or aging ggg when ggg could of just been a good boy and acted his b side part and went to 55... I mean it was ggg who said 55-68 right? So if the fight wasn’t delivered to you gggroupies time approval you only have your daddy triple jab to blame, no one elseComment

Earn what ???
Canelo Lost both fights. 2nd one was closer. But then Canelo went on fight Jacobs and schooled him. Now he is fighting Kovalev.
GGG on other hand fought tomato cans.Last edited by jackblack008; 09-12-2019, 10:49 AM.Comment

Canelo went on fight Jacobs and drained him. Now he is draining Kovalev.
GGG on other hand is fighting to earn the IBF MW title with no special weigh in rules outside of those prescribed by the IBF.Comment

He didn't do the opposite. I listed all the fights he tried to make. Canelo is a guy he fought twice and didn't have to deal with that catchweight nonsense. He got the "A-side" to give in on weight. And you're still whining about it.Comment

The media and boxing world did not see Jacobs as a star nor was there a huge controversy about the outcome, nor was the rematch considered a superfight. Huge difference. And the fact is, GGG did not turn up dirty on a test, period. Only a fool would believe that if GGG had turned up dirty that the boxing world would not have been in outrage.Last edited by j.razor; 09-13-2019, 09:48 AM.Comment

You do know that it's the IBF that requires a second day weigh in? The following is from the IBF website itself.
There shall be a second day weigh-in held between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m on the
morning of the event, unless otherwise approved by the IBF. The promoter of the event
shall arrange for the use of the scale at the prearranged time and location for the second
day weigh-in. At this weigh-in, boxers cannot weigh more than ten (10) pounds over the
weight limit. If a boxer weighs more than ten (10) pounds over the weight limit, he will
have two (2) hours thereafter to make the prescribed weight. If after two (2) hours he
still weighs more than ten (10) pounds over the weight limit, the fight can proceed as
described above in section 2. If the Champion fails to appear for the second day weighin, the title will be vacated. If the Challenger fails to appear for the second day weigh-in,
the fight may be staged with the understanding that the Champion shall retain his title
whether he wins or loses the bout.Comment

Why do you keep repeating this, it's obvious misinformation. He did not drain Jacobs, he ignored the rehydration limit and paid the fine, like everyone expected him too. It was an obvious ploy to extract some money from him because Golden Boy had leverage. He had to abide by the same rules to win the IBF title vs Derevianchenko.
You do know that it's the IBF that requires a second day weigh in? The following is from the IBF website itself.
If the two weigh-ins and rehydration cap wasn’t enough, there was also a penalty in place of a $250,000 fine per pound Jacobs went over.
After the fight, Jacobs’ promoter Hearn confirmed that the request was utterly Canelo’s idea and not anything to do with the middleweight division requirements.Comment
