Yes, they are, but Whyte passed all the VADA tests.

UKAD have their own separate testing programs for UK fighters and fights staged in the UK.

Yes, I am "up in arms" because:

a) Only Whyte's Team was notified regarding the test results

AND

b) Only Whyte's Team were present at the hearing! Rivas' Team was never notified that a hearing was taking place!

The "B sample" test would prove that the "A sample" was accurate! What do you mean "Whyte accepted the results?" He denies using PEDs! Now if none of the above bothers you, then you're obviously very biased in Whyte's favor!

But, again, you don't know anything about the test results. You think it's scandalous that Rivas wasn't notified, but what do you want him to be notified about? If you don't know, then you don't know! Why would he be at a hearing for Whyte? Who else do you think should have been there? You don't get to choose.

The B sample would prove the A sample was an accurate result. Ok, an accurate result for what? You don't know! And no-one is even dis*****g whether the A test was accurate or not. Have you heard Whyte dispute it? The B test isn't a factor. Isn't going to tell you anything new. If you don't even know what the A test said; why are you howling for the B sample to be tested?!!

The above doesn't bother me at all. What bothers me is knowing what the result of his test was. If it turns out he had PEDs in his system then I'll be up in arms with you - it would be scandalous if UKAD allowed him to fight.

But if he didn't, well all of your points are completely irrelevant.

Biased? I'm just waiting for some facts. There's a test and a hearing so they will come out eventually. I don't think that's biased at all. The only facts we have at the moment are that VADA found nothing and UKAD called him to a hearing and cleared him to fight. That's literally everything we know.
