Give me these limits? Is this like Jacobs who got 170 and still missed it?? *** Why do they have to come in 15-25 lbs over the limit to fight a 5'6" EX 140 lber??? Isn't that being a WEIGHT BULLY you HYPOCRITE???
So do you agree or don't agree if there is a rehydration clause I works to Canelo's benefit? You never answered the question.

I'm giving full credit to Canelo if he fights Kovalev with no weight restrictions. If he beats him I will give him credit for that. Don't pretend though that Kovalev is at the peak of his powers. Those days are gone. If Alverez beats him with none of his typical shenanigans it's still a solid win.

      • Surprise surprise it’s Kovalev, the easier big name they’ve been waiting for

I do agree Kov. is taking this fight to soon but also who has Canelo KO'd at 160??? Let alone 175??? And Kovalov has REAL KO's against guys that come in EASY as Cruiserweights. I get you HATE Canelo but come on?? To say Kov. is easy work is BEYOND ******.
C'mon, let's not act like the first 35 fights of canelos career put any wear and tear on him. That early part of his career in Mexico was the equivalent of an amateur career. Never said Kovalev was easy work, but he's definitely not the toughest work based on all of the previous reasons that I've mentioned. It won't be an easy fight for Canelo, but I think it's lower risk than what people are willing to acknowledge.

            who fkn cares you muppet

a rehydration clause is nothing... certainly nothing compared to a catchweight

Kovalev is clearly much bigger than Canelo, and will be fine at 175 with a reasonable rehydration clause

Hypekin fought Rolls at 164, and then tried to make out that he was doing Rolls a favor... so, STFU lol

            • Golovkin flatly insists that Andrade/Charlo make... " no sense at all "

and then, he jumps on Derevy... who somehow makes perfect sense

and yet... his idiot fanbase decided to criticize Canelo for jumping TWO divisions to fight Kovalev

I wonder if that is why breadman says that casual fans are shltters who should never be taken seriously

I get he is not what he once was and that Alvarez has wicked body work that is the key to beating Kovalev. I am not "all in" or anything. But this is a better technical Kovalev in the ring in his past two fights. He took some HARD shots from Yarde and stayed upright and played the fight perfect.

In Kovalev's mind, this is his last real chance to erase some of the bad from the Ward losses. I think he will be focused, in shape, and smart. I think the reach advantage, the equal experience in big fights, and the fact that Alvarez does not have all that much better tools than Kovalev sets this up nicely for Sergey. Alvarez is a more complete fighter and will ensure he has the advantages he wants. But right now, I say Alvarez may get way more than he is bargaining for from a not quite washed up naturally bigger and stronger fighter.
Your forgetting they are fighting in Canelo loving Vegas and unless he knocks him out he will lose.

And this is why I call you guys Dunb åsses because the fight was offered to GGG but "HE" (GGG) walked out of the negotiations alleging that the fight should be in MSG. I suppose you conveniently skipped that article as well because it makes it obvious that it was GGG ducking the fight, but since it doesn't fit your narrative/agenda you and all the other åssholes in here tend to be selective with what you read. GTFOH!!!
