So because your a bitter boxing fan you have to ignore the obvious that Canelo is a very small middleweight who has to pack on excessive amounts of muscle to fight guys way bigger than him. People realize they’re in a presence of an ATG this is why they do damage control as soon as they feel threatened by Canelos accomplishments. Give it a rest man you are cooked win lose or draw this dude has bigger balls than even Pacquiao who had drain everyone down to a dangerous weight.

        You dudes are real clowns.

Canelo is fighting the most accomplished light heavyweight champion of the world and dudes are mad because people are saying he is moving up 2 weight classes instead of 1. Who gives a f**k.

If they fight at the full limit of 175 then it's the biggest fight of 2019 bar none.

Kovalev just knocked off 2 young guns in a row after it looked like he was finished in 2018. He avenged his loss and became Champ again. Now Canelo may face him.

There is nothing not to like about this fight if no catch weight is involved.

        But haters are gonna hate

Well he is because Rocky Fielding is such a terrible fighter he doesn't count as a fight at 168.

Regardless of how many weight classes he's moving up, Canelo deserves a lot of credit when he fights Kovalev. He's like 5'7", maybe 5'8" tops. It's a big risk for him and Kovalev might be past his best, but he still has a lot left in the tank to beat a much smaller Canelo.

So Canelo Alvarez is going up two weight divisions because even though he has a title at 168 and fought half of his recent fights there, it shouldn’t count because he’s not that big.

When Pacquiao-Spence happens, I’m going to start a thread about how Pacquiao is moving up six weight classes because he should be a bantamweight.

what in the holy fcuk did i just read? You must be out your mind. Saul has ALWAYS been a HUGE fighter at '54 and '160. He walks around at 185/190, and I wouldnt be surprised if he tops 195/200. Youre crazy kid.

And Pac drained people down? yeah, you take the cake for idiot poster of the year. Great job, ***chead.

Because it's more attractive to have a storyline narrative than saying he's moving up a few pounds to fight. The david and goliath story sold well for Ruiz-Joshua and will be sold as such again..it does well. Makes low self esteem people feel like "If he can do that...I can do anythingggggggg." And considering the almost like god worship of the guy around here I see it works and sells well.

his last fight was at 160, his next fight is at 175, 2 weight classes...
yes he fought at other weights in the past like 168, but he also fought at 140, but you are going to pick the weight that suits your agenda...
