GGG breaks that alky's ribs and stops him in the mid rounds.

Golo apparently always got the best of Kova when they used to spar. I think theyd both beat the sh.it out of eachother throughout the fight. Not sure who'd win tbh

More fantasy fights for GGG. This is a fight that could've actually happened but GGG would never take that fight. His whole career is fantasy fights.

The fight was a younger skilled fighter in his prime against an aging legend.
          Hopkins was 51..not 41

Who cares...they aren’t fighting. Ggg stops him.

Hopkins was still capable of beating light heavies like Shumenov, he wasn't shot by any means, faded but he'd smack any 160lber.

In what world are guys like Jacobs & Lemieux better than Hopkins? ggg can barely out box Jacobs & got walked down by a jmw but he's going to beat a legend?

Yeah I was wrong. When I checked boxrec to be sure he was "just" 49 at the time of the fight. It's hard to imagine a guy at that age still fighting.

Kovalev would get stopped late rounds.

body shots + GGG's granite chin and elite gas tank. he would wear Kovalev out.

they used to spar and Kovalev himself said he has never seen GGG down. That means Kovalev himself along with other LHWs never put GGG down. his chin is certified.

Jean Pascal wasn't shot when he fought Kovalev either & JP showed he was capable of hanging with elite fighters like Hopkins.

ggg couldn't easily outbox Jacobs, even little Kell Brook managed to go a few rounds & mark his face up.

                      Oh that's a good one....

GGG looked really slow in his last fight. Still got that strength and chin though. Kovalev may just have more left in the tank but I can't tell.
