To go with an assumption of what one would do without knowing all the facts is a crappy argument. He still might be innocent, but dealing with this behind the curtains and follows the advice of his lawyers to STFU. Given what a loud mouth he is, if I were his lawyer, that would probably be my first recommendation to him. Its very uncharacteristic of Whyte to be so quiet for weeks, perhaps there is a reason?
