They publish it and the sanction only when the process is complete if doping is found.
UKAD have provided the information to Whyte. Wasn't a verbal notification of a failed test so Whyte, if he is playing ball with the WBC, provides the information to the WBC. It's not like he can hide it either because the majority of the details have leaked. Any attempt to withhold information is almost as good as an admission of guilt.

What’s taking so long to hear back from D Sample Dillian?

Did I miss something? Has his B sample also come back positive?

My best guess is that the B sample came back positive and Whyte and Hearn have not decided to release those results.

That’s my guess. I hear there was a big power outage in the U.K. last week. Maybe they’ll use that to say the sample got spoiled.

Are you a little slow, Hearn can't release confidential information provided by UKAD while there is an ongoing investigation, same as any WADA signatory organization. UKAD publishes the results if doping is found, not Whyte or Hearn.

Is there any part of this entire situation that you actually grasp?

Hearn can transmit anything Whyte gives him permission to transmit on his behalf. There is ZERO prohibition of Whyte releasing information about his own test results.

BBBoC are only allowed to announce anything after UKAD publish their findings. Whyte isn't talking because its a confidential on going process, for him to come out making public statements while the process is underway would be pretty ******.

The WBC might actually is a bit of a tight spot here, they have provisionally suspended Whyte based on media reports, but they don't really have a solid reason to at this point, UKAD hasn't provisionally suspended him, and since that process is confidential, as in they won't even acknowledge an investigation is underway until it is completed and he is found to have doped, so basically all the WBC has is passed VADA tests and media reports.

Until the results from UKAD are known and with no provisional suspension from you could imagine Whyte's claim would be pretty straight forward to WBC etc, why am I suspended, you failed a test, did I where are the results?

I can definitely see it from the WBC's perspective also, they are damned if they do and damned if they don't.
I get that - but how long does it take UKAD to test the B sample?? They seemed to test the A sample and get a result real quick.
