I've said it before, my opinion is that the delays were them putting this SA deal together, nothing to do with Ruiz's comments about not wanting to fight in the UK, if anything I think Hearn saw that as an opportunity to justify SA as a neutral location while pocketing a monster site fee.

I also think Ruiz has known it would be SA for a while before the announcement, based on a couple things. Firstly Hearn said they have been in ongoing communications with Ruiz and the documents submitted to the IBF etc were signed by both teams, secondly when Ruiz was on Rogan's podcast he seemed to let slip it wasn't going to be in the UK and told him off air the location.
This is the post I responded to. Where do you say they offered more than Cardiff?

    Hearn: No, not really.
    IFL: Then Cardiff?
Hearn: Yeah than Cardiff, Cardiff was the low ball.
Hearn: Of course if this wasn't as good as, or better than America would we have gone there, I don't know...

Which is exactly what I said, so again how does that blow up my theory? In fact he is saying here that SA is as good or better than the US.

If this isn't the case show me where Hearn said differently.

If not explain how my theory blows up?

      Should be pretty simple.

Calls people gullible for basing their opinion on what Hearn says, when they haven't seen the contract.

Hasn't seen the contract himself, but bases his own opinion on what he thinks Hearn said ... and gets it wrong.

Hmm, and this fight wouldn’t sell to Mexicans, Americans or Brits if it were put on PPV?

Haha I was waiting for someone to hit em back with the "have you seen the contract" the PBC groupies seemed to think it only worked one way and their opinion is fact based of "Hearn said the opposite and Haymon is a Wizard" theory.

Wouldn't bother with the OP he thinks it's illegal to organise fights in advance.

Was it the same poster claiming the contract was illegal as it didn't specify both fighters fee in the rematch clause and Joshua was now making more.

It's non-stop comedy at times here.

Not at the levels of the 90’s and early 2000’s PPV fights to justify a B side earning what Rahman did.
On PPV AJ/Ruiz 2 probably does Pacquiao/Thurman type numbers depending on how it’s priced.

Ruiz has every right to fight this bs
Yes it is okay. Ruiz's signature will be on the contract. Therefore Ruiz directly and indirectly accepted these terms and conditions.

                    It's very simple.
