Hearn knows that without Joshua he has nothing on the international level to offer dazn. I’m sure dazn wanted Joshua in the USA but Hearn knows that he needs to do everything possible to get Joshua back to title status. Hearn is just a big a scheister as any other promoter, but he wouldn't be arranging the fight location if it wasn't in the contract for him to do so. Any possibility of losing a law suit over foul play would hit him even harder than losing his cash-cow in Joshua.
This is just a power-play for a bigger slice of the pie by Ruiz's team. The re-match will go ahead wherever Matchroom want's it to and Ruiz will end up with more money to buy all of his favourite foods, win or lose.
The question is whether he'll maintain the hunger for the sport or if he'll do a Maidana?
