People talk about signed contract and clauses but do not know the content ..
From the moment Hearn agrees not to make the rematch in UK means that Ruiz too can negotiate and it looks like he is entitled to negotiate the place and his purse.
This time Hearn fell on a team as greedy as him and I am very happy: DComment

The problem with that is none of his fighters would pick up any of the vacant belts. It would be usyk or whyte that picks up the WBO, Joshua would pick up the WBA and pulev would pick up the IBF.I like Andy Ruiz and I'm rooting for him in the rematch but if the original contract stated that AJ and Eddie Hearn got to choose the location for the rematch then Andy needs to be a man and Honor the contract.
But I have a feeling that Al Haymon is stalling the rematch as a way to get Andy Ruiz stripped of at least one title and possibly more so that it becomes vacant.. that way either Wilder or another PBC fighter can fight for the vacant title...
Sergey, Dibella, and Al Haymon kept rejecting Canelo's offers even though the offers from Golden Boy promotions were career high paydays and Canelo finally got stripped so why wouldn't they do that again??? If this is the plan from Al Haymon then it's absolutely pathetic! I hope I'm wrong but I wouldn't put it past Al Haymon doing this....Comment
