We don't know what evidence was presented but NADP do, and they cleared him. They aren't a boxing org, they don't get fees from or have relationships with promoters, their only job is to adjudicate on doping hearings from all sports.

Of all the parties involved in this (promoters/sanctioning bodies/BBBoC), they are by far the least likely to be pressured or corrupted.

Not saying their decision was correct, just they have info we don't, so claiming their decision was wrong without knowing what they know is a little dangerous.

I just find it funny , that the man is aloud to compete but they don’t tell the other guy
Nothing being wrong right , so why not tell the other guy
To me , it’s like their trying to cover something that might just not be there

Whether it’s legal , according to their rules , just sounds shady
Like I said many times before , they should be grateful nothing bad happened as a consequence of the fight

How does the UK National Anti Doping Panel explain a late glove change request?

That's not how it works . I cant even think of a bout where one was harmed under the opponent taking anything illegal so it really wouldn't be a major concern to that vs cancelling an event altogether. People have to realize this is uncommon but there is more cases other then Whyte under the same circumstances and most has happened on U.S VADA eye not UKAD. The difference is UKAD is brought up after the fact but with stricter testing periods in/out of competition and tainted supplements have been rampant even if its a low % . For me the time delay of the findings don't go with both testings periods ,but we'll see,it should be remember Whyte is enrolled in the clean boxing program which can or cant be actually effective ? He does the advanced testing to whatever that is ?

Well then all I have to say is I think that rule of keeping it hush should be changed without doubt
I think everybody should be going into the fight with all the cards on the table
Especially keeping a big secret like a testing whichever way it goes imo

No how does the the Contol Board explain the glove debacle. They were the ones who handled the fight. They were the ones who allowed the fight to proceed without the other team inspecting the gloves. They were the ones that did not inform the other team that there was an irregularity in the drug testing. According to Russ even the WBC representative was not present when the gloves were put on.

These are two completely separate items.

The BBBoC have to abide by the NADP ruling and are bound by confidentially, if NADP say the athlete doesn't have a provisional suspension they can't stop him from competing, if NADP enforce a suspension BBBoC can't allow an athlete to compete, the BBBoC don't make rulings on doping, NADP do and BBBoC must follow the expert's ruling.

Similarly the gloves have nothing at all to do with NADP, that is entirely BBBoC, no idea what their protocol is and if it was followed.

                  Damn fughin right
And Russ is many things but he is not a fughin liar
Apparently the fighter who got his supposedly gloves , fought four hours earlier according to a poster on this site
Enough time to pick try choose and tell/show the gloves to the opposing team

That's the thing the undercard fighter wasn't wearing the gloves that were presented in the prefight glove inspection that Russ attended. He fought with another pair. So where did Whyte's gloves go??

Is what your saying a fact
I heard he did wear the gloves
My point is there was enough time to pick and choose and the show and tell
Obviously shady whichever way it happened
