Primarily because testing in UK is joke and virtually non existent.

Wouldn't the testing agency VADA be more non existent instead of the one that catches positives UKAD of the same tests ?

No how does the the Contol Board explain the glove debacle. They were the ones who handled the fight. They were the ones who allowed the fight to proceed without the other team inspecting the gloves. They were the ones that did not inform the other team that there was an irregularity in the drug testing. According to Russ even the WBC representative was not present when the gloves were put on.

My comment was in response to another posters query regarding PEDs in UK boxing. UKAD are responsible for testing for BBBC aren't they?
