If the shoe was on the other foot and Rivas tested dirty. UKAD would have screamed bloody murder, the BBCofB would have spit out their tea. Whyte would have KOd some last minute scrub and we would never hear from Rivas again. Much less let him fight.

UKAD did their testing and followed protocol as they were supposed to per WADA rules.
BBBoC followed protocol, the fighter was cleared to fight, they had no reason to not allow the bout.
Hearn had no reason to not allow the show to go on, they had 2 contracted fighters cleared to fight by BBBoC.
Hearn could not inform Rivas' team of an adverse test result as that was private & confidential.
NADP is the independent panel which hears cases of doping, after a hearing they are the ones that allowed Whyte to fight, they are the ones who have questions to answer, their rationale won't be public until they hand down a decision & sanction. My understanding is if no sanction is handed down they won't report the facts as it is considered no doping took place.
Whyte won't talk until the case is decided as its confidential.
The facts will emerge in one of two ways, with Whyte sanctioned and decision reported by UKAD, or Whyte not sanctioned and he will release the details to clear his name.
Don't expect BBBoC or Matchroom to get in any trouble when they have literally followed the rules they legally have to.
Where exactly is that written in UKAD's rules? I can only find where it states "publicly reporting" is prohibited not "interested third parties". They seem to allow reporting to interested third parties (Team Rivas) on a confidential basis. Article 14: Confidentiality and Reporting. You are claiming facts and I believe you are mistaken.

Just glad Rivas wasn’t injured in that fight
The week before we were mourning two boxers
This being a vicious sport , I believe the opponent should be notified if anything is wrong
I can’t see why not to sue
Or at least make enough noise for them to change this rule which seems quite insane to me
They try to do so much , lol , to protect a fighter but then bullchit like this happens which makes no fughin sense whatsoever

The weirdos from the mental asylum are out in force again oblivious to the truth even though they've been reported repeatedly.
Those with brains know Whyte can't speak yet due to the rules. But that doesn't stop the idiots.
You may continue, freaks.

I ain’t no lawyer but some shady chit going on , no matter which way you turn it
Doesn’t seem right that the guy is good to fight but can’t tell his opponent
It’s kind of an ironic regulation
If they say you haven’t done nothing wrong , then what’s the big deal telling your opponent
Let alone the glove situation
