You'd go to court to force him to fight. Ruiz is asking for money Rahman was trying to get out of the fight. And while he's in court Matchroom #1 money maker isn't fighting either. Can't believe Eddie would risk losing a $100 mil fight over a couple million. That makes no sense.

He signed a contract...and was given life changing money and opportunity. Ruiz has to thinking about the money hes getting, and winning the second fight

However, Ruiz still reserve the right to appeal that court injunction also by getting it overturned.

if the contract was a for a rematch (determined places were already the UK/USA) and someone from saudi is offering HIGH MONEY to stage the fight there.....

wouldn't BOTH fighters require getting an up in pay?

Why does it seem like only AJ is getting a pay boost while Ruiz has to "stick to the contract"?

That is highly unfair especially when Ruiz already beat AJ for his belts
its fair. Ruiz wasn’t supposed to get the title shot In The first place. He agreed to AJ picking the venue. He had to in Order to get the fight or Michael hunter would have got it. He had zero leverage and signed away.

AJ and Ruiz both have set amounts.

Hearn is trying to bump AJs pay and not Ruiz’s.

Hearn going down in court bad. Straight up fraud.

They want to challenge the legality of this rematch clause in court anyhow. They believe it's unenforceable and non-binding to begin with.

This way they can prolong and delay the rematch for as long as they can in order to set up the undisputed bout between Wilder vs Ruiz; Early next year. That way Joshua would never get those belts back again.
Lolx.....are you this dumb? And you think Ruiz can fight while case is in court?
